Chas Konopka, head coach of the Chico High School Volleyball team, emphasizes the need for more space for facilities in Butte County for all sports. Konopka also runs travel volleyball and basketball teams where they are constantly traveling to other places, but no one is ever able to travel to Butte County to play in tournaments.
