Kathy Carpenter, the Past President and Co-Founder of Everybody, Healthy Body, speaks on the voucher program used to help those affected by fires in Butte County. With the help from the Aaron Rodgers Fire Recovery Fund and North Valley Community Foundation, more people are able to get active and recover from their trauma.
