Hope Shapiro, a sports parent and Advisor of Everybody, Healthy Body, discusses the impact that sports and physical activity has had in her family life. At the end of the video, she is joined by one of her daughters, Mia Shapiro, a year-round volleyball and basketball player. Hope’s other daughter, Adi Shapiro, is also a year-round volleyball and soccer player.
