Jim Parrott, past President of Chico Area Swim Association and current board member of EBHB, describes the impacts of having less space for aquatics programs in Butte County. The lack of space for pools causes programs to be more expensive and less inclusive.

Butte County needs at least 5 more pools dedicated to aquatics programs and the community to reach the need for the population size.
